"Keep up in the buying power to the hot new designs, get items such as curios and grandfather clocks. Advertise more and longer terms."

"The Comunication from corprate on the operating systems."

"Work some evenings and sundays to see the traffic, and when something is going good for the store give the credit to your employee's. If the store is doing well they will know the reason behind it is good Management."
