"I have worked with Romex Security for just under six months. They took over the city contract I work under. To be frank, I was not at all impressed with the way they handled the contract, or the way they run their business in general. The supervisor that took over is highly unprofessional, pay is poor ($11/hour), the employees are petty and gossipy, there is no upward mobility, and the owners are married, so if you have an issue it doesn't get resolved because they cover for each other."
