"I have worked for Rockville Bank's Information Technology department for 3 years and have enjoyed the growth of the department. The technology was in need of an overhaul once I joined the team and several advances have since taken place with the CEO striving to be more of a technology driven bank. There are still steps needed but we are headed in the proper direction."
