There are no technical experts, there are no experienced managers, there are no resources to facilitate employee success (i.e. bug tracking tools). Retention rates are low with almost 50% yearly turnover. 70+ hour work weeks are not unusual, and executives literally screaming at people is just as common. Atrocious is the word I'd use."
