"I've worked at the Diocese of Rockford for over 5 years and in that time the work environment has decreased remarkably. The management is run out of fear, power, and nepotism and there is little to no room for job growth. Departments are run in silos with little to no collaboration and management oversight borders on incompetency. It is supposed to be a Catholic place of employment, but you would never know it walking around."
