"I have worked in RockSolid since 2019. It is a great company overall. Great environment, great coworkers, and great culture. It is a great company to start because you learn a lot of things very quickly and everybody is always willing to help you and to transfer their knowledge with you. The company takes great care of its employees and is always open to suggestions and higher-level employees always willing to talk with lower-level employees. There are unlimited vacations! On the other hand, the salary is not competitive at all for us software developers. But like I said, overall, it is a great company and team, the only con for me is the salary."
