"Dealing with the constant personnel issues. Trying to fill holes with 5 staff members on disabilitie and 5 vacancies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"need to have a float pool for Access Associates to cover disabilities and vacancies. Make these staff members hourly rate higher so they are available to float to the Emergency Room and be available to work on weekends and Holidays."
