"cool product and benefits. Bad management"
What do you like about working at Robinson Helicopter?
"Working with Helicopters everyday. Co-workers were cool helpful people and nobody interfered with my work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't plan on staying long, work while going to school, it's flexible with that. I've seen them lay-off guys on 90 day probation to 20 year guys close to retirement. You will just be a number for them. 50 get booted fridays, 50 get introduced mondays. it's a messed up cycle they have there."
What don't you like about working at Robinson Helicopter?
"A supervisor their was the most incompetent person I've met in my life. He had no mechanical knowledge, Can't spell, brown nose, disregard for quality of products. He could care less about the product as long as he had a job. They hide him when there are FAA visits. I have no clue why this is allowed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Why do you promote morons and lay-off excellent employees Test supervisor knowledge, mechanical abilities and heck, grammar and spelling before promoting or they will get in the way of those who know what they are doing. You can't be a supervisor if a write-up looks like a first grader wrote it. You cant be a supervisor mechanic and not know what an 11/16ths wrench is. Can't be a supervisor if you think a carpenter installs rugs. Can't be a supervisor if you cant read a number with more than 4 digits. Lastly, you can't be a supervisor if you can't spell supervisor!!!"
