What don't you like about working at Robert Half?

"Lies, lies, and more lies. The fact that as an IT recruiter I could not speak with clients - ridiculous.Never in any other recruiting job have I not been allowed to speak with the people I am filling jobs for. Stop pulling unqualified people in for interviews when all you want from them is information. I would have filled a lot more reqs if I could have focused on the real job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest with people. Be a good person, and remember, the way you behave will catch up to you."

What do you like about working at Robert Half?

"The small teams allow for the ability to make your mark in the market you are working in. It's a great resume builder. They have good ideas around their mission statement. (Don't believe them cause they are complete lies.) Start your career with Robert Half, choke down their corporate double talk, then move on to a company that cares about their employees."

"Keep looking, as there are reputable staffing companies."

What don't you like about working at Robert Half?

"They are extremely unethical, and they force this idea that they are ethical above anything else, but it's all lies. They have this crazy metric system based on billed hours rather than money made, which they use to force out people that middle management doesn't like. Example: somebody was fired because he did not have their required hours but was well over the requirement for money brought in for the company, He was the highest grossing and top performer in the office (by far). Oh, plus, he had more hours billed than anybody on the team. Complete insanity."

"Replace immediately. They are complete morons."
