"The supervisor I had was a little unapproachable and that sometimes made it difficult to work."

"Be more open with communication with the admins there."

"RH was a very bizarre situation for many reasons. The main being that I didn't receive any training and if I had questions they wouldn't be answered and caused me to fall behind on some of my calls. Also, there was quite a bit of racism and comments that were demeaning to both my fiance (Chinese) and I, as well as the amount of unprofessionalism that was displayed by the manager, and the account executive I worked with directly would consistently pester and demean me and mock me while on calls."

"The work environment was good, including office space, furnishing, and technologies used."

"There was a lot of support, but inadequate one-on-one guidance."

"Make time for your new AEs. Look over their shoulders, and have a peer-to-peer support system that nurtures for success!"

"Ask a lot of questions about expectations... how much time will they give you. Ask them why their turnover rate probably leads the entire US corporate economy."

"I dislike the very short leash for people, and if the sales team can't close a door, you pay the price despite your efforts."

"Tell people the truth. Lighten up on the 24/7 performance pressure. Stop the turnover. Do a better job of managing."

"Lies, lies, and more lies. The fact that as an IT recruiter I could not speak with clients - ridiculous.Never in any other recruiting job have I not been allowed to speak with the people I am filling jobs for. Stop pulling unqualified people in for interviews when all you want from them is information. I would have filled a lot more reqs if I could have focused on the real job."

"Be honest with people. Be a good person, and remember, the way you behave will catch up to you."
