"Robert Half is one of the most well-respected accounting and finance consulting firms around. As such, they are able to bring a wealth of relevant opportunities to your doorstep which has a significant amount of value. The flipside is that they are an administratively heavy organization so they generally have to charge more to the client to be able to pay the worker about the same as other recruiting firms. That said, they bring more opportunities to the table, so it is definitely a trade-off. Best of luck in your search."
