"Robert Morris University is a fantastic place to work, if you are planning to attend school. The tuition benefit is fantastic and really unmatched in the area. However, other than that, I would rank them as a mid to low level employer who keeps the majority of the perks and benefits reserved for the 14 vice presidents as well as other high ranking officials. Leaving the other employees to get Christmas bonuses consisting of a sweatshirt and a ten dollar subway giftcard."
