"Robert Morris University has been going through a lot of transition in the last 6 months. During this time, wages and jobs were cut. This trend is continuing as the year goes on. The treatment of employees and their lack of compensation is frustrating as Robert Morris is a great place to work otherwise."

"I worked with the head of the engineering department to further my knowledge of various machinery and computer software with a small team of students. I was not paid for this since it was more of an extra class than anything else but I found it to be a great learning experience ."

"Robert Morris University is a fantastic place to work, if you are planning to attend school. The tuition benefit is fantastic and really unmatched in the area. However, other than that, I would rank them as a mid to low level employer who keeps the majority of the perks and benefits reserved for the 14 vice presidents as well as other high ranking officials. Leaving the other employees to get Christmas bonuses consisting of a sweatshirt and a ten dollar subway giftcard."
