"RK is a company that has great potential but is being held back by antiquated processes and failing to put its people first. The senior leadership continually says they are working to improve this but nothing changes. It's frustrating and disheartening to work for a company that espouses an ideal but does not live up to it. Front line employees, those on the jobsites, are not empowered to own their work or given the responsibility and freedom to do so."
