"Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Unprofessional, extreme nepotism (family/friends favoritism) without regard to actual qualified employee whose work merits are positive. Promotions from within are rare, unless you have skills of backside kissing if not related. Promotions can be gained at time of hire, determined by what position they need filled at the time and/or if you come from another garbage company. There is no working up the ladder (unless see above). Work merits, ethics, are NOT applicable for promotion. Relationship by blood or friendship is mostly used for raises or promotion. Pay is based on likability not performance. Morale is extremely low, management at all levels do not care about morale. Calling in sick with sick days or an emergency results in call harassment and punishment. Retirement is almost non existent. 401K within a year company contributes 3-5 dollars. A savings account earns more interest. I am not a disgruntled ex employee. I am currently employed with this company. Turnover is high. I am telling it as it is, seek other employment."
