However like many public companies that answer to Wall Street on a quarterly cadence they tend to make wholesale moves without talking to the frontline employees that they tend to affect the most. If you want a interesting job that has you talking to multiple people from a multiple types of industry this is your dream job."

"Without relocating to Canada, there are virtually no advancement opportunities within accounting. I feel like the work I'm doing is necessary but my skills, experience, and education are being underutilzed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"From the perspective of my manager, I would engage with my subordinates more and be more knowledgable about the successes and failures within the department. I would attack the problems when they are small, before they become unmanagible."
