Rider University Employee

"I always felt that working at Gourmet Dining (Compass) I had the ability to chart my own course. I was given the leeway to take care of my customers in the way that I have learned to do over my career, while staying within the company guidelines. I found it very easy to build a successful and effective team there. As long as I kept my supervisors informed of what I was doing to improve our sales and service, they were happy with our progress."
