Software Engineer

"Worked at Ridecell for around a year and a half. Worked on several of its teams. Fleet Ops, Carsharing and on the Core Platform team. Since they are a smaller sized startup, less than 250 employees, they do have some inefficiencies in process where it does slow the roll of ongoing development of features. I thoroughly enjoyed working with every team because every team is like it's own community there. I would recommend this company if you are seeking employment as an engineer."

"Ridecell is an incredible place to work. Your management is caring, compassionate and considerate. Your coworkers are polite, intelligent and hard working. The overall company has a set of values that all of them live and work by, one of them being "True North" and that means always doing what's best for the betterment of the company and the people the company employs."

"The coworkers at Ridecell are really nice and helpful. Working with them is good because there is a lot of team mentality rather than individual selfishness."
