"I have worked with RAH for 6 months now. I find their company structure very unorganized. I have worked with other companies with a much better plan on training, monitoring, and making sure an employee is comfortable. They did a poor job training and left me not knowing some of the basics down the line. Other than that it was a good experience and I liked the relationship I had with my coworkers."

"Overload of work makes it difficult for employees to be successful here. More employees or better balance of the workload would be adequate. Overall, great environment, great people but could use more employees to help balance."
