Personal time is a luxury with the workloads that have been given out of late. Also, health benefits have been scaled back on copays and medicine copays."

"Certain managers are allowed to act in a unprofessional manner towards others in their attempts to motivate them for better performance. This is only a few people, but people who were kept after a layoff that let many more professional managers go."
