"You must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures while performing laborious tasks and machine operations that often involve tedious thought."

"Way too much overtime required."

"Plan ahead better to reduce overtime. Upgrade equipment, and machinery. It doesn't last forever."

"I will tell them to be prepared for a fast pace environment understand the job role and prepare your resume to fit that role"

"There isn't much I can say I don't like, I wish we would have had more work to do."

"I would leave things the way they are, but outside of work have more employee appreciation day."

"Dont. You can find a better job. If it were not for the benefits, I would be gone."

"There is no chance for advancement, and there have been layoffs, only for new people to be hired in. The management is very disorganized, they do not know how to figure out which employees would be best in what position. If you do not have your entire years vacation days picked out by the end of January, they get to pick your vacation days for you for the rest of the year."

"They need to pay more attention to the aptitude of the employees so there will be a better fit. Look at the benefits of Denso. 250 working days a yearUniforms, We have to take the health -wellness all serious and you dont even have a gym. Make alliances with large companies and local companies to get discounts for your employees."

"Military style culture, everyone always so tense and rarely see any smile. People are always uptight about schedule"

"set realistic goals and loosen up the military style control, so that employees can work a little more relax and think more creatively."

"Worked here for quite a few years. Management always says things will get better, but they never take the time to fix problems. They just sweep it under the rug, and say get over it and move on. To the dismay of all who work here and understand this, the problems run all the way up from all the small companies owned by Rexnord to the CEO. Also I will give this to Rexnord: they put on a good front."
