"Dont. You can find a better job. If it were not for the benefits, I would be gone."

What don't you like about working at Rexnord?

"There is no chance for advancement, and there have been layoffs, only for new people to be hired in. The management is very disorganized, they do not know how to figure out which employees would be best in what position. If you do not have your entire years vacation days picked out by the end of January, they get to pick your vacation days for you for the rest of the year."

"They need to pay more attention to the aptitude of the employees so there will be a better fit. "Plan ahead better to reduce overtime. Upgrade equipment, and machinery. It doesn't last forever."
