"Clarify the training time frame and plans, the interviewers insinuated there would be ability to train with another person but did not really supply training in the end."

"Training was not as complete as needed, could use a more detailed training class for software."

"Create a training process for the specialized software utilized for and by everyone in the company."

"Ask the interviewing manager on how serious they are on getting into a market that will take a long term committment to break into."

"They need to place qualified branch managers in their struggling branches."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to do more joint sales calls with their outside sales reps to get a better sense of what is happening in their market place and not just preach Sales 101 techniques."

"Be confident about you skills and abilites during the interview. If you are hired on, work hard because you will be rewarded for your effors."

What don't you like about working at Rexel?

"There is not really any thing I can say I didn't like, but if I have to pick something it would be the way they administered employee vacation accrual accounts. The process changed 3 times while I was employeed. Two of the three changes semmed to benefit Rexel and one time it seemed to be a benefit to the employees. However the changes caused quite a bit of confusion whenever vacation was requested."
