"Poor leadership that does not take the employee's opinion into consideration. Outdated business attitude and a reactive rather than proactive maintenance program. Under-trains new employees and throws them in the deep end then reprimands and holds accountable when mistakes are made. Constant violations of EPA and OSHA regulations. "Do as I say rather than as I do" attitude from management. No accountability to those who take advantage and no incentive for those that go the extra mile."

"Management doesnt enforce accountability, hard workers have to pick up the slack with no reprocutions to those who dont and no incentive to those that do"

"Make sure people assigned to jobs do them on time and correctly"

"Travel time is minimal the pay is slightly better then average and my fellow employees are easy to work with"

"Be on time as it seems its the only thing you will be reprimanded for and do your job and go home"

"People are allowed to work carelessly and messily and are not held responsible for their actions, the employees that do work hard get assigned more and more projects to compensate for the slackers and it becomes expectant of them so your working twice as hard."

"Give feedback whether positive or negative to employee ideas and concerns. Work with the employees directly affected by changes, new procedures without blindly implementing them. Most importantly hold employees accountable for their work."
