"Revolent Group aims to create world class Salesforce developer talent from a pool of people with varied development backgrounds. While no Salesforce experience is needed to be hired, I found those that had prior experience had no issues being placed on projects with clients. There wasn’t much help or guidance for those without prior experience on selling themselves to clients that were looking for candidates with experience. I feel that there was a disconnect between Revolent Group and their clients about their trainees capabilities. The training and the people at Revolent were great but I feel they fell way short where it counted most, getting those inexperienced people placed with a client. Since my time with Revolent I’ve notified that their job postings are now targeting more experienced people with exposure to Salesforce. I feel they lost a lot of great people because they didn’t know how to sell and develop their talent."
