"The good: The people that are doing the work are talented individuals that care about the company. The pay is better than most for comparable positions. The office culture is way laid back. VP Sales is a solid asset to the company. Unfortunately that’s the best upper management has to offer. The bad: The CEO is mostly disconnected from Support Manager, CTO and Product Manager daily blunders that ultimately impact the customers in negative ways. CTO and Support manager have no people/leadership skills and sit behind closed doors daily with the lights off. Just a little creepy. If someone calls the CTO on anything he has said or done he freaks out and tries to publicly demean that person or push the blame on someone else. Product Manager had everyone else doing his job for him and was taking credit for their work. Development is good when you can get them to work and when you can get past the language barrier. Every release starts the monthly process of apologizing to the customer about all the bugs that QA didn’t find in the current release."
