What do you like about working at Revere Group?

"At Revere Group, now NTT Data, there is a lot of collaboration and flexibility. The main focus is meeting the customer's needs, achieving customer satisfaction, and approaching each client project with detail and organization. As long as you are able to meet these goals, you are allowed a fair amount of flexibility in terms of your job and how you approach doing your job. Additionally, Revere values work/life balance and independent thinking."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know your stuff. There's nothing like interviewing a candidate who we can tell is clearly underqualified after speaking with him for 15 minutes. Present a well-written resume. Typos and grammatical and spelling errors are an immediate disappointment. Speak articulately during the telephone and in-person interviews. We understand that sometimes candidates are nervous, and that's okay. But candidates too often stumble during the conversation and have significant difficulty picking themselves back up, so to speak. It's okay to be a little chatty--and it's definitely great to show your personality--but get to the point. Articulate technical concepts using specificity. For example, if you're asked to describe your project management experience, don't just describe the jobs you've had where that was one of your responsibilities but also describe your methodology--and we have a meeting...we figure out what we need...we implement...and then we hand off is not a bonafide methodology--it's just a series of individual low- or high-level tasks. Come to the interview prepared. If you state specific technologies or skills on your resume, and if we state specific technologies or skills in the job description, you bet we're going to ask about them. So if there are some things you may have not done in awhile, or some things you are not as familiar with, brush up on the topics. Be patient. The Revere Group typically has a long interview process--not necessarily in terms of time, but definitely in terms of how many interviews you may need to go through to get the job. You will likely interview with 7-10 people, those interviews lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour, with current employees (both peers and higher-ups) across the organization. However, once Revere has decided you are a good fit and make an offer, the process is very quick."

What don't you like about working at Revere Group?

"Internal policies are either vague or so specific they're confusing, and many of them are not published or are not easily to find. The 401k is subpar, with 50% matching up to 6%, but it's a 5-year vesting schedule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Refine some of the policies that are a bit confusing, particularly in regards to expenses."
