"Let's start with the pros: gym club membership, learning curve is quite steep, most colleagues (non-management) are fun people. Now the con's: the pay is terrible, 70+ hr work weeks, senior management has little ethics, HR will tell you to your face that they have "a stack of resumes" if you ever go to ask for more. Politics are heavy here -- if you make an enemy, you will go down fast."
