"Retreat was a great company to work for. However, the company is currently going through major management changes. The company is based in TX and I work in another state, so the opportunity for growth is limited. If you are looking for consulting experience as a stepping stone, then this is a good company for you."

"Good company to work with . People are good and easy to get along. It is not a very big company, but the management is working hard to make the company grow. They are still looking for growth and that is why I had to leave, because there was no more work, otherwise I would have stayed if they had found more loan files to be serviced. If they work on staff and management interaction, it will even be a better company to work with. Overall it is a great and growing company."
