"The pay is extremely low in MOST positions, I am treated like a child, no room for promotions, the senior management pretty much are bullies, and constantly gossip about their employees loudly so we can hear. The equipment is constantly breaking down and no one wants to bother with it because it's in the back where nobody can see it. I am told that I have to come in on my days off to come to a meeting without getting the correct pay for it...I could go on but apparently I'm out of room..."
