"Retail Data is a company that is fine to start your career off in but not to build a career with. Currently there is a lot of growth in the company, but it's limited to very few people and a few select clients. Nepotism is apparent with lack of consequences for family members and friends hired into all departments. Opportunities for personal and professional growth are very slim unless you are working on a project that is the current 'obsession' or 'fascination' of the owner and management."
