"I loved my job and had been there over 15 years! I needed some more challenges and things were not being handled correctly only within the past year, I really loved every aspect of my job! It became problems with the vision of the company"

"To be yourself, we all have different skill sets but can perform things you put your mind to"

What don't you like about working at Diane's Beachwear?

"Unhealthy work environment After being there for more than 15 years. Things started changing I became the brunt off all personal problems along with areas that I was helping out! It became abusive talking to me over the past year and I decided it was time for a new start"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To always communicate with all workers in the company I have worked out we always had eac others backs and pitched in when needed, when things get out if controll it's usually do to lack of communication in my opinion"
