What do you like about working at Denver Mattress Co.?
"I liked the people and working with customers who were looking for a better night sleep. The training was incredible, and I had a lot of fun."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just make sure you understand this is a commission only job and the hours are retail hours. Although, they do explain this in the interview."
What don't you like about working at Denver Mattress Co.?
"The hours were about 60 hours plus per week and it was commission only."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that management allow employees to come up with ideas and strategies for better sales."

"sometimes they have goals that are out of reach sometimes."

"to have more suggestions from the employees and implement them"

"Be patient, Wear a smile, and work as hard as you can"
What don't you like about working at Vail Resorts?
"Management only k new how to manage, they did not know how to keep the store going. they would change routines that did not need to change. they couldnt do our job, therefore they were doing their job wrong"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The lower employees were treated as if they were disposable, they were very quick to break us down and judge us. If I were running the company I would be at the bottom with them working to see what needed to be changed"

What do you like about working at New York & Co.?
"I was there only for a few weeks, long enough to help close the store. I enjoyed working with the clients and helping with sales and marketing stratagies to move as much merchandise as possible out before the last day of closing."
What don't you like about working at New York & Co.?
"There was nothing I did not like about the job, but I was hired in for the purpose of helping them close."

"As far as other stores go, I believe in a managers posistion they need to be aware of employee's needs."
