Resurgent Capital Services Employee

"I was not able to display my best talents because of the training methods used. The culture bothered me because they would say they were open to new ideas but if you used a different method of analysis, you were accused of not being a good team member. Management used weekly meetings to document everything wrong, even if you had improved on the previous issues, something else was brought up as a concern. The mentoring system allowed coworkers to railroad others without management intervening."
