"I like that I am in control of my staff for the most part."

"Know the restaurant industry and know how to save the company money. They won't really listen when you get the job, but it helps during the interview."

"I get undermined on some of my ideas, without giving them a chance."

"Listen to your employee's ideas, you don't know everything. Use computers."

"It's a good concept to work at. The upper management is lacking though."

"I just want to work for a company that treats it's management team a lot better. Somewhere that I dont feel like the gum on the bottom of upper managements shoe."

"I would treat the employees a lot better. I find that you get a lot more out of them when you show them respect."

"Be prepared to be overworked and underpaid as well as possible salary reduction."

"Very bI polar decisions that are not fiscally sound which also affect staff members negatively."
