"What I love the most about being an Executive Response Specialist is being able to help some borrowers cure their delinquency status with a loan modification. What I hated the most was having to tell someone that because their income could not support a medication we would not be able to delay the foreclosure process any longer and unfortunately they would have to seek another residence once the foreclosure process has completed."

"Just make sure that you are prepared to work with people with understanding that this role is not a get results but one of assisting in growth."

"That it was only for just a year. You see, this was a volunteer position that could possibly have led to a permanent position, but funding was low."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To push more for the support of departmental expansion that would allow for additional permanent positions."
