"Be professional, clean yourself up before interviewing, they do not like lots of facial hair or anyone dressed any less than to impress."

"Some of the management/ directors being uninformed about their employees and resort. Also the half truths the corporate leaders tell to the employees, people should give information straight and not pull a fast one on their employees"

"Be more involved with your employees, be more informed about what is going on and be straight up with them to gain their trust and their honesty in return."
