"I’ve worked both as a contractor and as a full time employee for Resolute Forest Products. Everyone at the local mills are usually doing everything they can to help make a great place to work. Main downside seems to be that the company itself doesn’t have a good long term goal for a large portion of their paper mills, but I’m confident that Resolute’s corporate team is working hard on a solution."

I feel the company is moving toward a model that would essentially eliminate any skilled IT professional from each facility, while encompassing as many aspects as possible to the corporate offices.
