What do you like about working at ReserveAmerica?

"Problem solving, direct customer contact, and the responsibility of proserving the contract with the Department of Natural Resources and Army Corps of Engineers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Confidence is key! Be on time, give a firm hand-shake, provide constant eye contact, sit when asked to be seated, use honest, short but thorough answers, and smile ;)"

What don't you like about working at ReserveAmerica?

"Being that we had over 150 computers within the call center, we were required to maintain a very low air temperature in order to keep the pc's cool. It was VERY COLD :)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The most effective method I've used in managing people has always been Choices. By providing those under you with options, you have allowed them to assume responsability, and feel more a part of the company, instead of just being a pawn. For example; You have a task or particular mission to complete, and depending on the employess strengths, you provide them with up to 3 options, although the options/choices are those which you've come up with, they have the choice of which of the said options to use. I feel this is a very effective method, as it provides the employee with a sense of self worth, a feeling of usefulness, and as a result, the company gains a high level of moral. And you, as the manager, gain the respect of those whome you are managing."
