"Make sure you ask for what you want at the very begining, or you don't take the job offer. And keep your options open all the time even on the job."

What don't you like about working at University of Maryland, Baltimore County?

"The honesty of the Principle Investigator and his followers. What they want is only how to get the money, don't care about the quality of data, work environment, and staff and student. Worst culture and work place I have ever seen. No job security here."

"None - the management thinks his is the king. No advice allowed."
