"decreasing university support for research activity in favor of stadium construction"

"reassess long term value of national research reputation and fund appropriately"
What do you like about working at Boston University?
"The stress level varies day-to-day, with some days being jam-packed and others being slow. The people there are warm and friendly. It's a great environment to work in and I get experience in a lot of areas."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be enthusiastic. Just because it has a poorer reputation than some of the other Boston hospitals, doesn't mean it isn't a great place with talented doctors"
What don't you like about working at Boston University?
"I don't like being micromanaged. I would like to stay on one topic for more than five minutes. I would like to not have the rules changes twice a day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clean up and redecorate. It's too dark! Organize projects so we focus on one at a time rather than switching every ten minutes."

"Good pay for very manageable amount of work; fantastic, supportive boss; awesome colleagues."

"Express willingness to take on challenges and be independent, don't need too much hand-holding and guidance."

"Boss doesn't have enough time to ensure I have enough to do and that I'm being challenged."

"More collaboration among coworkers; workers very independently do their tasks, and I'd like to collaborate more."

"Be confident, truthful and ambitious because this institution attracts people who want so be innovative and very driven."

"At times, I felt isolated due to the lack of more group activities within the institution"

"More group activities within the team to have and feel the support that exist and not to look for it but knowing that there is that support."
