3.8I worked at the RBDC for my internship credit. It was one of my favorite experiences as I was able to work autonomously but was able to get quick feedback and motivation to do a better job. My supervisors were very helpful in meeting the expectations of our clients and encouraged us to push our limits. An example of this was when I was asked to make an analysis of some data I was putting together. My supervisors shared their vision with me and were able to explain to me that it would be neat to include some features that would help look at the data from more angles. I had an idea that fell in line with the vision my supervisor had and they were glad to see the progress I had made. Still, though, they encouraged me to take more steps. And so I did and I couldn't be more happy with what I was able to give to the client because it will not only analyze the data that is current, but it will be user-friendly for a fresh batch of data when the time comes.
