"I worked with Repsol in Venezuela for over 10 years, I’ve been in the oil and gas industry over 20 years, I multitask, I’ve worked in multicultural teams and projects. I loved working there, however, I had to resign in order to relocate to Houston."

"The company is heavily managed with too many layers of management trying to make decisions while at the same time being run by the Corporate Office. Loyalty to the company means nothing and unless you are an expatriate then the only type of growth will be from the additional work you receive from doing good work. No career development, lack of leadership, and some unprofessional treatment by Directors and Managers. The high turnover in certain departments does not prompt anyone to action. Things stay bad for a long period of time."
