"I loved my job because it was busy and challenging. There were many opportunities to include my design ideas and implement them. My coworkers were skilled as well and it was a pleasure to know and be part of their team."
"Coming in to work for this company was my first real chance to gain experience in the field of my study as a holder of an AAS in Computer & Electronics Engineering Technology major from ITT. I loved every part of being there, the people, the work, everything. I am really thankful for the opportunity given to me by this company."
"This was only a summer job."
"Fixing difficult problems with computers, getting to experience new ones, and being challenged with time consuming tasks. I do not like it when customers are angry and shout at me."
"I love everything about being an advanced repair technician, the only thing I dislike is when clients act like you do not know what you are talking about or they feel you are trying to cheat them when all you are doing is warning them before issues arise."
"I love the work and really enjoy the responsibilities that I have."
"I liked working with the electronics, but I wasn't satisfied at the job. I had more fun designing the graphics for them than preforming the actual repair job."

What do you like about working at Heartland RVs?
"The people I worked with were great. I will truly miss the people I worked with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run my friend, run like you never ran before. Nobody will make the bills on $10.00 per hour and that's all they will ever guarantee."
What don't you like about working at Heartland RVs?
"Management made promises they never intended on keeping, I was told I would be on rate as of my second week, didn't happen. Then they told me I would be on the rate sheet as of Mondays payroll turn in and guess what That didn't happen either. Found out on Friday when I made $10.00 per hour for week 4. Enough for me, after 21 years in the industry, I can do better. When my co workers are bringing home 1500 dollars, and my check is for only 400, and nobody can tell me why.. A verbal contract was broken, and I was lied to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First off, Make sure the upper Mgmt of each plant don't have girlfriends who work for them. Second is be truthful to who you hire, If you have no intention of ever giving them rate don't tell them you will. Third is treat all of your employees the same when it comes to money. some make $1000 per week plus and others are stuck at $10.00 per hour. most are truly stuck cause they are on work release from jail. I never seen so many ankle tethers in one place. I can guarantee once they are off work release they will find a new job. It's no wonder their turn over is unbelievable."
