What don't you like about working at Renu Hope Foundation?
"Complete chaos with changes every two weeks and a CEO who cannot make up her mind about how to run a business. She doesnt give any tools or authority to do our jobs ( No computer programs all dont by hand which takes hours) and changes the rules as she sees fit. We never know when its ok or not ok to do anything. She threatens to fire us and publicly humilates us at every meeting and also screams at us infront of other employees and clients. Worst job I ever had."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go back to school for business management. Make up your mind and get on meds to control your bipolarisism."
