"Not a good company to work for. Upper management are always after themselves. They don't care about their employees. You can be there for 10 yrs doing good, and they can come in one day and fire you for just missing a week goals. They don't care how long you have been with the company, It is performance driven business forgetting that sometimes especially in recession time. They need to learn how to encourage employees in aiding them to resolve issues rather than just threatening their employment status."

"Upper management's only advice on issues obtaining daily/weekly numbers was you can be replaced. They don't never gives you good credit for good performance or look back at previous results."

"HR needs to do a better researching/investigates before making a decision to let someone go. Learn how to encourage your employees in aiding them to resolve issues rather than just threatening their employment status."

"Good old boy network. If you're hired in from the outside into senior management (ie-director), your chances of surviving are slim to none. Not open to new talent, new ideas, nor thinking outside of the box."

"Embrace change. Value and appreciate new thoughts and ideas. Get outside of the box, and finally, understand that more of the same gets you more of the same."
