"if at all possiable do not interview with this company, they will lie to you to get you in the door. then they will treat you like crap.I was there for several years and seen it all, this facility has a highturn over rate of any service business I have ever seen.do not walk from this job run !!!!!"

"management was terriable to deal with, if u had any questionsor or any concerns. they always said u are just making excusesnot to do your job. no support from management what so ever,management works agaisnt cowokers, matter of affect they feel superior and they have no respect for anyone.supervisers or leads as they are called at this company are scum bags. some coworkers will stick a knife in your back just to get brownie points.no traning what so ever,"

"The lack of care or professionalism corporate has toward its customers and its hourly employees. Sets goals expected to a achieve but will not give the tools or support to achieve these goals. Makes many unkept promises. The hours and scheduling are awful, you are not allowed to have a life outside of the store."

"Basically it was like a start up company as it was only in place for three years. It was completely different from the Rent to own side and they did not have enough experts who understood how to run the business"

"They need to figure out what they want to accomplish with the financial services side and need to hire executives who understand the business. Completely separate it from the Rent to own side."
