"Renasant bank is a pretty good bank bit the mortgage division has really gone down hill. The boss is letting a few other managers run everything. Lots of folks try to tell him that the underwriting manager is a problem. She lies and talks ugly to employees. The boss openly says he won't do nothing bout it because he don't want to embarrassing her because she done a lot for the company. But everybody wondering what she does all the time and how he can let one person continue to act like that and keep getting promoted. She run off a lot of people and making the company have a bad reputation. Another manager tries to get his way by flirti g with all the ladies and he gossips and says whatever you won't to hear so he can get his way. He cusses and tries to pull the wool over the bosses eyes. Its real sad cause it used to be a good place and now everyone's miserable"

"Benefits are great however the mortgage department is growing faster than the company can keep up. System software and support is slow, training is lacking substance and advancement is minimal."
