"Renard was not a great player in the janitorial supply business"
What do you like about working at Renard?
"Employment date only goes back to 2003. My last month with this company was in 1999I had just moved to St. Louis, and was told these guys were terrific. Great people, but their culture was not in the janitorial supply business. They did not understand the customers they were targeting and could not meet the needs of the market."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is no longer in business, but paper and consumable sales is where you would have to be to be successful."
What don't you like about working at Renard?
"I felt like I had one arm tied behind my back. Sales reps were totally paper sales. They didn't have the interest or the passion for janitorial sales and what the rewards are."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company eventually went broke and was bought out. They needed to better understand the customers they were trying to capture and what their needs were."
