The new owners were looking for a financial leader to help provide infrastructure required to measure and manage financial and operational results and well as cash flow, tax and financial reporting. The company's business is to aggregate independent agents and act as an intermediary between the insurance carriers and the agents to provide operational and financial support to allow the agents to grow the business and improve the profit retention for both the agents and carriers."
