"Not a great place to work. Left on your own, no direction given, and trouble finding billable work. Old office building and small cramped work area. Nothing "fancy" at all, everything is bare bones. The company is very "thrifty" and does not want to spend money."

"Working from home is not allowed. This company is very disorganized. When you start your career at RVE you will have no real training or mentoring. Young engineers who want to start their career off the right way would be better off going to one of the other firms in this area. Executives don't care about the employees."
